You are responsible for safeguarding usage of your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party (if applicable) or share your login credentials. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Next3D and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country of operation and foreign countries.

3.1 User-Generated Content

You retain any rights you may have in the content (e.g., images) you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating 3D models).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Next3D, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
Any content obtained from the Service; and
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
